Please give time penalties for wrong answers!!!

Just measuring speed for many of the challenges does not make any sense at all. No point in competing with friends or comparing scores like that.

Also missing some countries in Asia such as Bahrain, Taiwan. Europe is missing San Marino. Please revise.

Last but not least please add Oceania and Caribbean.
